PARKING
The structure located in the middle of the historic center has no parking.It is located in a restricted traffic zone but the property should you want to arrive to unload luggage provides free of charge a pass for loading/unloading only that must be asked strictly before the entry of the car in the area.Both arriving and departing.The structure is very close to the train station and parking areas and parking areas also not paid
SEA TOWELS
Each location in the summer period is equipped with customized beach towels. At the end of the stay they must be left inside the facility before departure along with the beach bags provided. should you be interested in purchasing new towels or the bag provided you can make a request to the property and the cost is 30 euros each.
GREEN APART HOUSEKEEPING AND LINEN CHANGE
The facility offers full linens. Change is scheduled once a week unless otherwise agreed. Any extra cleaning requests will be by arrangement and are part of the paid services.
Ceiling heating and cooling system
Each location in the facility is independently heated and cooled with concealed systems. each guest can decide the most comfortable temperature for his or her relaxation.
CHECK IN - CHECK OUT
The approximate times for check in are from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. Access is also possible remotely via app. You will be contacted in this regard for instructions. Check out is by 10.00 am unless otherwise agreed. In certain periods this time is to be understood as mandatory. Access is possible for some suites remotely with application. Should you desire a check out after 3:00 p.m. if agreed with the property it will be subject to an extra payment of 30 euros.
CRIBS AND BASSINETS
The staff provides in some of the suites and only on request camping beds for the little ones. The cost is 15 euros per stay which includes laundry.
PAYMENTS
Payment for additional services, the mini bar and the tourist tax unless otherwise stated, is your responsibility and can be paid into the piggy bank located inside the location.
RESORT TAX
The municipality of Cesenatico from May 01 to September 30 charges a fee for the tourist tax. Currently there is a payment of 1 euro per day per person for up to 17 days. This fee is payable in cash before departure and payments.
